Terms of Service

1001Logistics is a logistics marketplace: customers post rate requests (tenders) for ocean, ground and related services; approved freight forwarders bid on them; customers book on a winning bid. The platform also provides warehouse and labour marketplace features, live vessel schedules, container tracking, document storage and planning tools.

• You must be at least 18 and use the platform for business purposes.
• Provide accurate account and company information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Forwarder accounts require operator approval before they can see or bid on tenders.

• Bid and post in good faith. Prices you submit are offers you are prepared to honour.
• Prices shown to customers may include a 1001Logistics service margin on top of the forwarder’s bid.
• A forwarder’s identity stays hidden from the customer until a booking is finalized.
• No circumvention: do not use the platform to find a counterparty and then move the transaction off-platform to avoid fees.

Bookings are created on a winning bid. Where online payment is not yet enabled for your account, a booking remains “pending payment” until it is settled by invoice or per your agreement with us — the platform never pretends a payment happened. Cancellation and refund terms are stated on the booking or the related invoice.

You keep ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to provide the service (for example, sharing a bill of lading with the parties of its booking). Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

• Vessel schedules, vessel positions and container tracking events come from third-party sources and are provided “as is” — they can lag or contain carrier errors. Verify critical dates with your carrier.
• The AI assistant provides general information, not legal, customs or financial advice. Verify its output before acting on it.

No unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe security, no scraping other users’ data, no false or misleading listings, and no interference with the platform’s operation.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Records we must keep by law survive termination.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParsFreight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
