Delete your account

You can permanently delete your 1001Logistics account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Pick either path below — the email path works even if you can no longer sign in.
In the app (immediate)
- Open the 1001Logistics app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on the spot.
By email (no login needed)
Email sales@1001logistics.ca with the subject “Delete my account”, sent from the email address on the account. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted — and what is kept
Deleted: your login, profile (name, email, photo), notification tokens and personal settings.
Kept only where the law requires it: records tied to completed commercial transactions — such as issued invoices and booking records — are retained for legal, tax and dispute purposes, as described in the privacy policy.
